Me at my Booth
My first experience with the Marietta Square Artists Market went well! The festival is first come first serve for spaces so it was interesting getting ready for it. Unlike other festivals this one is reoccuring every other Saturday from April 14th to Nov. 3rd. It has a wide variety of artists, I saw people making beautiful jewelry, melting glass and like me, selling their paintings. I always see a lot of the people walking around with their arms full of flowers from the farmer’s market.
I think the festival happened on the hottest day that week, but that’s much better than getting rained out. There was music and a nice farmer’s market next to the festival. My sister even came to visit with my nephew for my first time doing this festival.
I think I will enjoy doing it again.
