At times I will work various jobs that give me photo opportunities, as well as art material opportunities. When I was working a job in East Point I had the chance to not just take some amazing photos, but to also gather materials for art pieces. I noticed these old building schematics that were from 1989 so…. I took an arm full of them and let the idea of what they would become cook in the back of my mind for a while. After layering the paper onto a canvas I went on to use fibrous paste and string gell with paint to create the city that was there on top of it.
